Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping Policy

  • The shipping rate is calculated as per the total shipping weight of the crafts added to the cart. For the first 1 kg of shipping weight, the shipping rate is ₹60. For every additional kg, the shipping rate increases by ₹40.

  • Orders above ₹3499 are eligible for free shipping.

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. If there is an unexpected delay we will let you know.

  • We generally ship our orders using Delhivery courier services. The estimated shipping time is 3-9 business days. You will be informed in the case of an unexpected delay.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order please get in touch with us at namaste@shilpiyon.in as soon as possible along with the order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel your order.

  • If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact us to inform them of the same.

Return & Refund

Return Policy

  • We at Shilpiyon strive to give you the quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the received product for any reason and want to return it, please email us at namaste@shilpiyon.in within 48 hours of order delivery and let us know the reason, we will provide you with the best possible resolution.

  • If your return request is approved, our team will contact you with the pickup (depending upon the availability of service) or self-ship details. You have to return the item within 7 days from the date of delivery. We strongly recommend you to keep our packing until the return time is over.

  • We do not offer exchange or replacement on any order.

  • Not all items are returnable. To check the return eligibility of a particular item please check the respective 'Shipping & Return' section under the product page.

Refund Policy

  • For any cancelled order we issue a full refund via payment gateway directly to the source of payment.

  • For returned orders, the order subtotal i.e. order total minus the shipping charges will be refunded back to the source after we receive and inspect the return from your end depending upon the following points.

  • If the product was returned due to some sort of major damage or missing part (handicraft defects are not accountable), then we will bear the return shipping cost. But if the product was returned due to "change of mind", "no longer needed" or similar kinds of reasons, then the customer has to bear a DTO charge of ₹100, which will be deducted from the order subtotal.

  • Although we ship every item with adequate protection, in the rare event of a broken item received, please contact us. Our team will get in touch with you to better understand the situation and upon verification, we will refund the amount for each broken craft back to your source of payment.
